Mailbox Mania use a network of nationwide carriers for our standard individual postbox deliveries, however our primary UK carrier being Interlink. Delivery prices are only £6.95 inc vat for all next working day UK Mainland. For next working day all orders must be received by 12.00pm. Any item not available on a next working day will be stated on the product listing. Any item over £100.00 is delivered FOC to UK Mainland only. Deliveries to the Isle Of Wight on a next working day are £17.50, Highlands, Isles, Scilly, Isle Of Man, Northern & Republic of Ireland on a 2 day working day service working days service at a delivery cost of £17.50 inc vat with all parcels up to 5Kgs. Delivery to the Channel Islands is also now just £20.00. These options will be given at point of purchase.

Mailbox Mania will not be held responsible for late delivery issues outside our control whether it be the fault of the carriers or the fault of the customer, however we will always endeavor to sort them out
All orders placed by Midday Monday to Friday (not including commercial mailbox banks and some other products) will be delivered on the next working day on all standard carrier deliveries, not Royal Mail parcel service. e.g Orders placed Monday @ 11.00am will be despatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday, orders placed on Monday @ 2.00pm will be despatched on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.
All items need to be signed for by the customer unless prior alternative delivery arrangements have been made such as requesting the item to be left in a safe place. By doing this both the carrier and Mailbox Mania relinquish all responsibility and the item becomes the property of the customer. If the carrier is unable to deliver as their is nobody in at the designated delivery address the carrier will leave a card with the carrier depot details requesting the customer directly to contact them in order to rearrange another suitable delivery date. If no contact has been made within 3 working days the item will be returned to Mailbox Mania as a failed delivery and another delivery charge will be applied for any redelivery.
All BOBI products are despatched directly from Bobi in Holland on a 2-3 working day service with the first day being the 1st working day after the order was placed. Any Bobi product that a customer wishes to return should be sent back directly to Bobi at the customers expense and not directly to Mailbox Mania. If any item is received back at Mailbox Mania we will then send it back to Bobi at a cost of £14.00 ex vat which will be deducted from the customers refund for the box.
Any item (not including commercial mailbox banks) that is received damaged (subject to photographic evidence) will be exchanged as long we are notified strictly within 7 days and the photographic evidence supplied within that 7 days (as we claim against the carrier). Failure to adhere to the timescales will result in no exchange.
The damaged item maybe collected at the same time as the replacement is delivered at no extra charge to the customer. Any item that is returned due to customer error will be at the customers own cost with a credit being raised less the original delivery charge. Any item returned damaged at all will not be eligable for any credit. Any item returned over £100.00 where the delivery element was already included will be refunded less our delivery element of £6.95
For all our commercial bank orders (not including our individual multi occupancy postboxes which are the same delivery times as the above) our delivery leadtimes are approximately 10 working days from the point of a paid order, unless the order is non standard.
All commercial mailbox banks are non returnable and are final at point of order. Any damages/imperfections must be notified within 3 working days from the date of delivery (photographic evidence will be required) and then rectified accordingly.
